ABOUT WINE
VINIFICATION
Ancient vinification, with a single fermentation, initiated in vat and finished in bottle, releasing natural gas, with no addition of sugar, yeasts or sulphites.
TASTING NOTES
Displays turbidity for not being filtered, may contain deposit. In the nose shows ripe white fruit, citrus. In the mouth reinforces the fruity character, floral and balanced acidity. Serve cold at 8-10ºC. Perfect with light meals, canapés, fish, seafood and sushi.
TERROIR
Sandy loamy soil, south west exposure, single plot at an altitude of 330m and 50 km from the sea in a straight line.
