VINIFICATION
Brut nature white sparkling wine made ny classic method. Ageing in bottle for 12 months and dégorgement in May 2023.
TASTING NOTES
Clean and bright lemon colour. The nose is dominated by ripe white fruit. In the mouth, it’s citric, with white fruit, floral and vibrant balanced acidity, accompanied by fine and elegant bubbles.
TERROIR
Sandy loamy soil, south west exposure, single plot at an altitude of 330m at 50km from Atlantic Ocean on straight line.
